Upon request, we also provide customized cleaning services, tailored to your specific needs. If you have a unique cleaning need, just let us know! Unless you request otherwise, Maid Sense will provide all of the equipment and supplies needed to clean your home or office. All of Maid Sense's cleaning procedures are in compliance with OSHA regulations. Cost: Homes and offices come in different shapes and sizes, and our customers have different cleaning needs. Accordingly, our cost varies depending upon the size, condition, and cleaning frequency of the home or office, as well as the cleaning needs of the customer. An every other week cleaning for a typical 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 2,000 square foot home will generally cost between $60 and $85 per visit, while a typical 1,000 square foot office will range from about $85 to $115 per visit, depending upon the factors mentioned above.
