Here at Maid Sense, we LOVE feedback.  

Our team members earn bonuses based upon a number of factors, such
as reliability, efficiency, never skimping on any detail - no matter how
small, and having a super positive attitude, for example, working well with
team members and taking constructive criticism well.  Additionally, my
manager and I frequently  pop in while our team members are cleaning to
inspect their work (our team members never know when we will show up).  
Finally, at each and every cleaning, my team leaders, conduct a final
walk-through to ensure that nothing is missed, and that each and every
item on the checklist has been scrutinized.  While all of these factors play
a role in determining the bonuses my team members earn, the single
most important factor I use in determining bonuses is feedback!  If a
customer raves about the service she or he received, I reward my team
members with an automatic bonus on top of any bonuses already
received for excellence.
